Do I need to be present during the dumpster delivery or pick-up?

For first-time customers, yes. Diamond Debris Solutions requires an adult to be present for the initial dumpster delivery (first drop-off) to confirm placement and review service details. After that first delivery, an adult is not required for every subsequent drop-off or pick-up, as long as access and placement instructions are provided in advance.

For safety and regulatory reasons, there are certain materials that cannot be placed in our dumpsters, including hazardous waste, flammable liquids, and toxic substances. You can see a detailed breakdown of what can and cannot be placed in our dumpster here.

Rest assured, Diamond Debris Solutions operates with full compliance to regulations, holding both the necessary licenses and insurance to provide a safe and legally protected service for our customers.
