Dumpster Rental FAQ

All forms of payment are made electronically, and we accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Discover, Google Pay, Paypal, Paypal Credit, Venmo, and Cash App. We unfortunately do not accept cash or checks.

 

Yes. It is Diamond Debris Solution’s Policy for an adult to be present when we deliver your dumpster. Before renting a dumpster, make sure to coordinate and to have an adult present during time of delivery.

 

For safety and regulatory reasons, there are certain materials that cannot be placed in our dumpsters, including hazardous waste, flammable liquids, and toxic substances. You can see a detailed breakdown of what can and cannot be placed in our dumpster here.

 

Rest assured, Diamond Debris Solutions operates with full compliance to regulations, holding both the necessary licenses and insurance to provide a safe and legally protected service for our customers.

 

Ensure there is a clear space for the dumpster to be placed and that there is ample room for the delivery truck to access the site. Inform us of any potential obstacles or special considerations needed for the delivery.

 

Choosing the correct dumpster size depends on the scale of your project and the type of debris you’ll be disposing of. We offer dumpsters in various sizes, and our team is available to advise you on the best option for your specific requirements.

 

Our commercial dumpster inventory ranges from 7-yard to 30-yard sizes to suit a variety of project scales, from smaller cleanouts to larger renovations or construction jobs.

 

Renting a dumpster is easy with our online checkout system. Choose the dumpster size you need, add it to your cart, and complete your transaction. If you need assistance, please call our service team.

 

We do have a list of prohibited items for our commercial dumpsters which includes hazardous materials and e-waste. Please refer to our website for the full list of restricted items.

 

For any weight overages, we charge a flat rate of $0.06 per pound to cover the extra disposal costs.

 

 

If your project requires the dumpster beyond the initial rental period, you can extend your rental for $25 per additional day. We will not pick up your dumpster until you call us to pick it up

 

When you rent one of our dumpsters, it comes with a 72-hour rental period. If you need to keep it longer, each additional day is charged at a rate of $25.
