    All forms of payment are made electronically, and we accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Discover, Google Pay, Paypal, Paypal Credit, Venmo, and Cash App. We unfortunately do not accept cash or checks.

     

  • Do I need to be present during the dumpster delivery or pick-up?

    Yes. It is Diamond Debris Solution’s Policy for an adult to be present when we deliver your dumpster. Before renting a dumpster, make sure to coordinate and to have an adult present during time of delivery.

     

  • What waste is not allowed in Diamond Debris Solutions dumpsters?

    For safety and regulatory reasons, there are certain materials that cannot be placed in our dumpsters, including hazardous waste, flammable liquids, and toxic substances. You can see a detailed breakdown of what can and cannot be placed in our dumpster here.

What is the duration of the residential dumpster rental period?

Our dumpsters are available for a set rental period that caters to most project timelines. Our dumpsters come with a 3 day rental period (24 hours for the 7 Yard Dumpster), with an additional $25/day for each day afterwards. We will not pick up your dumpster until you call us to pick it up

What range of dumpster sizes do you offer for residential use?

We provide an the largest array of dumpster sizes to support any residential job, from the smaller 7-yard dumpsters ideal for modest clean-outs to the larger 30-yard dumpsters designed for extensive home projects.

How can I reserve a dumpster for my residential clean-up or project?

To book a dumpster for residential use, visit our website, select the appropriate dumpster for your project, place it in your cart, and proceed through our easy-to-navigate checkout process to finalize your rental.

Is it possible to set the dumpster on my residential driveway?

Provided your driveway is flat, level, and devoid of any obstacles that could interfere with the placement or potential harm to the dumpster, we can certainly position your rental dumpster there.

    Our commercial dumpster inventory ranges from 7-yard to 30-yard sizes to suit a variety of project scales, from smaller cleanouts to larger renovations or construction jobs.

     

  • How can I arrange a commercial dumpster rental?

    Renting a dumpster is easy with our online checkout system. Choose the dumpster size you need, add it to your cart, and complete your transaction. If you need assistance, please call our service team.

     

  • Are there items that cannot be placed in a commercial dumpster?

    We do have a list of prohibited items for our commercial dumpsters which includes hazardous materials and e-waste. Please refer to our website for the full list of restricted items.

     

  • What fees apply if my dumpster exceeds the weight limit?

    For any weight overages, we charge a flat rate of $0.06 per pound to cover the extra disposal costs.

     

     

  • What should I do if I need more time with the dumpster?

    If your project requires the dumpster beyond the initial rental period, you can extend your rental for $25 per additional day. We will not pick up your dumpster until you call us to pick it up

     

  • How long is the rental period for the commercial dumpsters?

    When you rent one of our dumpsters, it comes with a 72-hour rental period. If you need to keep it longer, each additional day is charged at a rate of $25.
